We loved the well equipped, comfortable and very spacious cottage. There was a lot of attention to detail and the equipment was of very high quality. The flowers, milk and biscuits were very gratefully received and a lovely touch. Thank you. Lovely views and very clean. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars for cleanliness is that there was a lot of dog hair from a previous pet, and general debris under the furniture in the lounge which we found when we dropped something under there. The other issue was the recycling from previous week had filled the blue bin outside so we had to collect ours up indoors with nowhere to put it once the internal bin was full. We did leave a note to say that some kitchen scissors would be useful but a minor point as would a slip mat for the shower which we went out and purchased to avoid a nasty accident. Overall a lovely cottage and we would definitely return there are a lot of things to do in the area and we didnt do them all in one visit. Thank you for a great stay in a lovely cottage.

I have stayed at this lovely property several times, it is totally home from home, and very comfortable. Whilst not being a million miles from the town, it is ideally placed for visiting the best the Cotswolds has to offer. The garden is tranquil, the views are simply beautiful, and the steam train that chugs by several times a day is very quaint. Very good off road parking, and a quiet residential area. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable...And a big plus, very pet friendly. I thoroughly highly recommend.
Lovely property in good location overlooking open fields to the rear. Property is exceptionally well furnished beds are extremely comfortable. The host Nick is very approachable friendly and hospitable. The property has all the utensils and facilities you could possibly require. It is ideally located for all your daily excursions. Would highly recommend.
We absolutely loved our stay! On arrival we were greeted with a lovely warm, clean house with everything we needed to start our holiday such as tea, coffee, butter and milk plus some added luxuries too which were very appreciated! We read through the welcome pack which was helpful, there is lots of space in the back which we felt could have included how the house should be left e.g where the cleaners wanted the towels, what temp the heating should be on, where the key should be left, hopefully we did everything right. Also a few local leaflets for days out would have been super helpful but not too much of problem given the WiFi. There were a couple of very minor issues in the bathroom the window was either stuck closed or quite stiff, we didn't force it for fear of not closing it again. There was also some mould on the bottom of the shower curtain and around the bath. The kitchen was really well equipped and appliances were easy to use. The extendable dining table was great when we did lots of food for all of us. The house was in a great location, the kids loved watching the stream train go by on occasion. We walked to a local Italian restaurant and then onto a cocktail bar Tabu which were both amazing, as was Queens Fish and Chips. Overall a very good stay and we'd happily book again!! Huge thank you to the owners for great hospitality.

A convenient semidetached property along a quiet residential street. Everything was as described in the listing and we'd happily rebook again. Only one constructive suggestion.....an extra set of towels would have been appreciated for the length of our stay. There is a washing machine but that's not what you want to be doing during your break. Apart from that, many thanks to Nick the owner.
We had a lovely stay, the house was very clean and the kitchen well provided with crockery and pans for 8. More seats in the living room would be the only improvement. I would definitely recommend to others.
Wonderful welcome with Christmas tree and selection of foods. Lovely place to spend the festive period with family and very dog friendly with excellent garden space.

Very nice accommodation well maintained, Very clean ,good location, we stayed here for our daughters graduation which was at Cheltenham Racecourse and was only 10 minutes away, bishops cleeve is a lovely place with good amenities we would highly recommend this accommodation the only negative is that the window next to the front door could be made a bit more private great out door space for our dog, would definitely stay here again
Everything in this house is new and spotless. It was show home worthy.

Delabere Road is a really lovely property, comfortable, very spacious, and a real home from home. Location is very quiet, and the garden looks out on to green fields, with off road parking at the front. Everything that you need, welcome pack when you arrive, with a lovely vase of flowers to greet you. I highly recommend.

We had a three night stay at this lovely property to celebrate my husbands birthday with family. We were privileged to be the first guests in this property which was immaculate throughout. It was a pleasant thought when Nick contacted us and offered us a late checkout . He was kind and thoughtful throughout the process.
