Great stay in Broadway! We spent 4 nights here with 6 adults , 2 children and 2 dogs. The house worked really well for a gettogether as there was plenty of space and the garden is a lovely size we didnt get to use it much, but it would be perfect when the weather is warmer. The location is ideal about a 10 min walk to the high street which is full of lots of cozy pubs. Additionally lots of great walkshikes nearby in walking distance and easy access to surrounding towns by car. Only minor issues were that the house is more dogtolerant than dogfriendly dogs are restricted to downstairs and the shower pressure was a bit low. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and would highly recommend!

A fantastic location and perfect for what we needed. Once we'd parked the car we didn't need it again as we were a short walk into Broadway there's a lovely zigzagging walking route that keeps you off the main road worth looking up. The house was at the end of a residential culdesac and was deceptively big 6 bedrooms! The garden would be fab in the summer as well, but sadly not something we could make the most of for our winter trip. Loads of plates, cutlery and everything a big gang would need. Space for 3 cars on the driveway. The only thing we had to 'fix' was the heating it was far too hot! Couldn't see any instructions so we had to play with the radiator valves, open windows and turn down the flow temperature on the boiler. Aside from that, it was fantastic and we'd certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this property. It was immaculate, very well equipped and a great location for walking into Broadway. It was ideal for our family get together with parking on the drive for three cars and we were pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for Christmas. A very nice touch!! The only downside for us was that it was difficult for ten people to sit comfortably in the lounge area with inadequate seating for the whole family. Also, as a family with no dogs we were disappointed that the rug in the lounge seemed to be covered in dog hairs which transferred onto our granddaughters toys. Despite these little issues, we would recommend this property and would be happy to return again.

We loved the location and all the facilities were excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would not mark this property down in anyway. As a dog and children orientated family, we wanted a property advertised as dog friendly, and whilst there is plenty of room down stairs, for a house that accommodates 11 people we were a party of 8 adults and 3 children and 2 dogs, we would say it was dog tolerating the younger children liked to be in their rooms and their pets were not allowed with them. We made it work, but would not be able to stay again due to this minor inflexibility for a dog friendly property.

Excellent property with good all round appointments. Great locations, easy walking distance into the village centre. There were only 4 of us staying so unsure how it would feel with 11 people we had a bedroom each!. We'll certainly use the property again.

Good property. Relatively modern house, which was preferred by my inlaws due to mobility issues. Well maintained and clean. Thoughtfully laid out to maximise seating for large groups. Three showers which helped to minimise waits. Kitchen well stocked in terms of equipment. Would have helped to have some extra bin bags left. Main gripe would be that beds were a little short and mattress quality a little low. I think this should be a priority for upgrading in due course. The location is excellent with off street parking for three medium sized cars. Easy walk into Broadway village centre which is lovely, with nice pubs and shops. Excellent walking paths in the area too. We were very happy there for a week and Id recommend this house.

Lovely house in a quiet setting, plenty of pots and pans, so nice to have a proper butter dish. Ensuite bathroom a little small but functional. Plenty of parking and a nice garden. We will be back!
We had a lovely holiday in the property which is in a great location and we enjoyed seeing the beautiful Cotswold area. When we arrived, we noted that the upstairs was very clean and comfortable but were a little dismayed at the state of the hob in the kitchen. However I had taken cleaning materials and was able to remove the majority of build up of spilt food. There was a marked difference between cleanliness and comfort from upstairs to downstairs but maybe this is due to the fact that dogs are allowed downstairs? We did mop the floor the day after we arrived as the children's' feet were dirty from the floor. In addition, the water was running slow from the plug in the downstairs shower and after removing the filter, the build up clearly was dog fur. The garden was an asset for our grandchildren to have extra space to run and play but we had to remove some stingy nettles and brambles. The grass had also not been cut. However, the facilities in the property are modern and good and we loved the smaller eating area which was used by both children and adults. We had a lovely holiday.
This was a wonderful property. Spacious, wellequipped, comfortable, wellmaintained and nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. A lovely garden to sit in in the evening, excellent location for walking to the beautiful village of Broadway, which had wonderful restaurants and shops. We were seven women on a walking and garden visiting trip and it was fantastic to come home every evening to such a great place to rest and relax. Three full bathrooms were a huge plus. Washing and drying facilites were most welcome too. The host was extremely responsive to some minor problems we had and the attention to detail to make it a comfortable and functional holiday home was excellent. The property went a long way to making our holiday a pleasant and memorable one. The weather helped too!

Lovely sized property for a family gathering. Nice and clean. Good location, easy walking distance to Broadway High Street. Would have liked a hand towel in downstairs bathroom, rather than needing to use one allocated to a family member. Would have liked nicer hand wash.
Absolutely lovely house, perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Were 2 families 4 adults, 4 kids and it was perfect for us plenty of room for the kids to play on the sofa and at the kitchen table, with an extra table for meals. Kitchen was generally wellequipped and easy to use. Lovely and clean house, would definitely visit again!

Beautiful property with a quiet back streets walk to the centre of Broadway alongside the Man Cave and Coop. Everything is provided for. Only disappointment was a lack of oven gloves.

Lovely stay away at 17 Sands Close. Property was a close distance to Cheltenham Racecourse which was really handy. Gorgeous area in Broadway, perfect setting for a weekend break. Very clean and spacious house for 11 guests to relax and enjoy. Would highly recommend this holiday home.

A gorgeous home from home just 10 minute's walk from the centre of lovely Broadway. Everything you could need for a very relaxing stay in a great location. We climbed up to Broadway Tower, visited lots of the pretty villages nearby and had a wonderful time. Great art gallery next to Otis & Belle coffee shop & artisan bakery just near the house.

Very nice property and suited our extended family of 9 perfectly. It was very well positioned for walks as well as for shops and tearooms and meals out. The house was well equipped and parking was fine. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
Such a lovely homely comfortable house. From the time we drove up to the property we love itso beautiful inside that I so wished it was my house. All the rooms are so comfortable with the 3 bathrooms for 10 of us. The flow of the house is great ample room to move around.Quiet beautiful area. We met a very friendly neighbour from across the road before we left. To sum it upPerfectionhomely comfortable will strongly recommend . And Broadway is just so beautiful . The Steam Train from Broadway is strongly recommended to add to your holiday. 6 stars

I have stayed at this extremely stunning property on several occasions. It is very spacious and welcoming, a real home from home. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything that you could possibly need, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and sofa and beds to sink into, also comes with a large woodburner and plenty of logs to get cosy on a winter's night. The property has plenty of off road parking, and is situated in a very quiet residential cul de sac. The big plus is the delightful, enchanting garden, absolutely gorgeous. I would absolutely highly recommend this lovely property, you will not be disappointed, also extremely pet friendly.

Excellent property within 1015 minutes walk to Broadway, lovely quiet area. Garden enclosed and very secure with fencing for my dogs. Parking in front drive of house. The Swan Broadway very nice. Plenty of walks including Cotswolds way. Would stay again.
Fabulous location with short walk into Broadway High Street which was a major asset as we had 2 wheelchairs. Broadway is a short distance from many other beautiful towns and villages with the bonus of the steam railway. The property was ideal for our 3 generation family break. The property smelt lovely when we arrived and was spotless. Having a washing machine and drier was very useful.
The position of the property is handy for the town, but in a quiet tucked away spot . The garden is lovely and private, and has plenty of comfortable seating. Shame the weather wasn't better for us! A well equipped, comfortable, and tastefully modernised holiday home.

Overall very satisfied with this property. Good location walking distance from Broadway. Parking for 3 cars. Spotlessly clean with excellent kitchen facilities and plenty of dining space. There was a problem with the downstairs shower which was fixed very quickly. As a group of 6 adults and 4 children under 12, it was ideal. Lounge seating area might be a bit small for more adults but it worked very well for our group.

Although less spacious downstairs than it appears in the photos, the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Broadway is lovely, with lots of good walking on the Cotswold Way nearby. The house was clean, well maintained and provided with enough kitchenware important for a Christmas stay. The owners had put up a lovely tree and decorations. It is worth knowing that pets are not allowed upstairs.
What a gem this house is, situated in a quiet culdesac and only 10 mins walk to the town centre. This property is a home from home and everything you need is at hand, it is a lovely warm house with a beautiful log burner. The beds are really comfortable, we had a lovely stay at this property and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Very dog friendly with a lovely garden .
Well appointed house with all that you would need for a comfortable stay just 10 mins walk to the top of Broadway high st . We were a group of 6 adults , 3 young children 6,4,3 years of age and a small dog and did not feel cramped at all . Lovely big dining table that we could all sit round . House was very clean and welcoming . Out stay was for 3 nights on the coldest days of the year so far but with the log fire and central heating we were very cosy .

Comfortable and well equipped. What the house lacks in character is made up for by its great location being walking distance to the centre of Broadway. It can be difficult to find a normal, reasonably priced house with 6 bedrooms and this was perfect for our book club group.

Ideal property for what we needed a family reunion for a special birthday celebration for 7 adults and 3 children. Despite being right in The Cotswolds, the property is not cute, but modern and very tastefully furnished.

This holiday house was lovely. It was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in and the decor and furniture was modern, bright and well maintained. We would only make a couple of suggestions to make this the perfect holiday location. Firstly the curtains in the downstairs bedroom let light in and would benefit from some black out linings. The outside was a little bit of a letdown as it needed some tlc. We note that you let dogs stay, and the lawn was quite long which could be an issue for owners cleaning up after their pets. Overall though we loved this house and would recommend it to anyone.
What a lovely property. We had a great stay. Only a few minutes walk from Broadway Main Street and in an ideal location. Ample sized garden perfect for lazy afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and everything was spotless. Its a beautiful home and perfect for a larger family or 2 families sharing.
Lovely property situated just a few minutes walk from Broadway High Street. 10 of us stayed for a week between the ages of 19 to 77 and we all had a great time. The open plan layout was brilliant. The bedrooms were all a decent size and the beds very comfortable. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery etc for a large group. I would highly recommend this property.

The house is clean and well equipped, and comfortable, and plenty of room for when all our family joined us for the weekend. It is well placed, a lovely walk into the town, which has some lovely shops and tea rooms, which were dog friendly so excellent, as we had our dog with us. We would highly recommend this property and the area, would love to go back again in the future.
Very comfortable, great accommodation in an excellent location
Although we were not able to book our first choice due to a booking error, we were offered an excellent choice of alternative properties to choose from and the rebooking process was simple and quick. The information about the property was accurate, helpful and reminders were sent at good intervals. The house itself was perfect for what we wanted. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with friends and the space was perfect and facilities excellent. The beds and sofa spaces in particular were really comfortable and we all slept really well! At only a short walk from beautiful Broadway high street we had great access to shops, restaurants and pubs. Would definitely consider booking this house again for similar weekend's away. Thank you.

Fantastic house. Spotlessly clean. Lovely little touches like leaving bottles of water for us. Heating was on when we arrived which was lovely but it's a warm house anyway so we turned it off in some rooms. One bedroom is downstairs and the bathroom is next to the kitchen so not ensuite but very close. The garden is big and looks beautiful but being there in November meant we didn't use it. We walked into Broadway in about 5 or 10 minutes which is absolutely beautiful. Nice little shops. Short drive to other Cotswolds towns. We went to Moreton in Marsh and had an amazing afternoon tea at Cotswolds tearoom. The street is quiet too. Recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. We had such a brilliant stay in this home. We felt it was even better and more homely in person than the pictures could show. Great and spacious kitchen and living room. Close to some lovely walks and delicious cafes including No.32 Broadway. There is an iron in the house, which isnt listed but a great bonus as we were there for a wedding. No toiletries provided but that wasnt listed so we knew to bring our own. Couple of mattresses were a bit soft and sinky and curtains didnt keep out much light in the mornings but both fine for a weekend stay. Overall, we all spoke of how we loved our stay here and would definitely come back for a springsummer trip to make use of the lovely garden and surrounding walks. Thank you!
Fabulous property with everything made to make you feel very welcome. Lots of thought and care into providing everyday essentials to make the stay as easy as possible. Great quality kitchen. Everything exceptionally clean. The sofa and a couple of mattresses could do with modernising, however still fine for comfortable weeks stay. Great location for Broadway and easy access to everywhere.
