Very comfortable well equipped place, the facilities including the games room and hot tub were fabulous at the end of a busy day exploring. The area had lots to offer too with Highgrove just down the road, Blenheim Palace and all that the Cotswolds had to offer within easy reach. The property is on a very busy road so the rooms at the front did have some traffic noise but the back felt very rural, overlooking fields with rabbits in the garden regularly. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

A superb property, exceptionally clean throughout, with everything being of a very high quality. The only negatives were the fridge being in the utility room, I feel the kitchen could have been designed better ie cooker sink fridge in a triangle. The panel on the hot tub was a real pain so difficult to get the jets to work. Apparently a new panel on order, so hopefully next visitors will have a better experience in the lovely hot tub.

A very comfortable and extremley well equipped property in a lovely area with many places of interest to visit. The annex is quite separate from the main building and lends itself to multi generation group. Our suggestion is that the bungalow would benefit from individual ensuites rather than a Jack &Jill bathroom and a general WC and hand basin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'Little Paddock'

What a beautiful property. The Little Paddock is spacious and well equipped with high standard of cleanliness. We enjoyed the games room and our dog loved the large enclosed garden. We had an excellent family Christmas at The Little Paddock and would highly recommend booking a stay here.

This was an outstanding holiday rental with many benefits from the appeal of the accommodation to comfort, cleanliness and extras that made the stay exceptional. We would strongly recommend this let for parties of up between 6 to 8 people as the owners catered for all our needs and took the trouble to call to ensure our stay had been satisfactory.

Wonderful property. High standard of cleanliness. Great addition of a hot tub & games room. Very spacious & comfortable. Would highly recommend & would stay again. Our only feedback would be on the water temperature in the shower in the master bedroom ensuite. It seems to have an antiscald setting which doesnt allow the water temperature to be turned up but we felt this was set too low therefore shower was only lukewarm.

Fabulous stylish holiday home. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and lovely decor. We loved the secluded location and garden with petanque and hot tub. The games room was an added bonus for the grandchildren. A gem of a property.

What a wonderful, tranquil, beautiful home. We have had the most perfect week. The property far exceeded our expectations. All over we found little touches that made the experience so pleasurable and unique. At the bedside we found eyemasks, lavender spray, torches. A gift basket in the kitchen full of goodies and a very welcomed bottle of milk in the fridge so we could enjoy a cup of tea straight away. There were robes, towels and slippers for the hottub. Even a blanket, treats and poo bags for our beloved dog Sassy, who thoroughly enjoyed the vast garden space which was fully enclosed so we never worried about her. Dion checked the hot tub everyday so was always on hand if we needed him. The house was spotless and much thought had gone into the layout, furnishings and decor. The annex was very much appreciated for privacy and the games room and gym was an added bonus. Moving away from the property, Aldi is a stones throw away and just a little further up the road is a Waitrose. Malmsbury itself is beautiful. Thankyou so much for allowing us to share your home.

As an extended family of seven, we had a soulhealing week staying at Little Paddock. This has to be the cleanest place we've ever stayed. It was immaculate and smelt lovely upon arrival. The layout of the house is superb and there is so much space. It was exciting to have different areas to sit with a sun room, living room, kitchen diner and a dining room, not to mention the annexe games room. The garden was well kept and we loved relaxing in the outdoor hot tub whilst star gazing. Dion came daily to ask to maintain the hot tub and we all found him to be a pleasure to talk to. We were a party of 8 who regularly go away for new year and had 3 nights in Little Paddock. The property was ideal with easy access and extremely spacious to accommodate 8 adult guests. Beds were really comfortable and it had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The games room was a bonus. The only criticism was the shower pressure in all 3 bathrooms, including the annex, which was poor and an irritation but overall we would all recommend the property and will certainly be looking to return.

An absolutely stunning home, everything had been thought through to make the stay special, the beds soooo comfy, my only niggle was in the main bedroom there was nowhere to sit and do hair and makeup, a mirror was in the dressing room but no electricity to dry hair, I know its a trivial thing but I thought it might be useful to know, it certainly didnt spoil our stay, would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the stunning outside space! !

The cottage was well equipped. The games room and hot tub were welcome given the Winter weather we were occupied. The host was brilliant. He attended when we had a problem and sortedthanks

The property exceeded our expectations. So much space and so clean. Lots of wonderful extras in the kitchen, dressing gowns for the hot tub, bath floor mats, 2 TVs, board games and a wonderful games room. Fabulous secure garden with all those sitting areas, boules lane, fireplace area and such a highly stocked kitchen with quality china and appliances with room to sit and look at the view!. Plenty of parking and a large secure gate against a main road. Such a great property for a family get together. We would love to return!

Beautiful house, everything you couldve wanted provided, goody hamper and milk much appreciated. The owner was on hand for any problems or information not that it was needed. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this lovely property such a good base for getting round local attractions. Malmesbury Itself is a lovely little town very picturesque, and Abbey is well worse of visit as is the museum in the town hall. Had some lovely meals out particularly recommend the rook and the hole in the wall pizza takeaway amazing.

An extremely well appointed property. Even better than described. The property owner was quickly on hand to sort little niggles. We all felt seriously looked after the dog especially, the toddler and 6 adults!! Lots of little bolt holes if anyone wanted 'space' but big spaces too when we wanted to be all together. Lovely. We had a great time. There wasn't anything missing from what we required. The only thing I would suggest is having an air conditioning unit fitted in the annex due to it being way too hot to have a good night's sleep but that's my only negative. Our host always got back to me within an hour with a response to my messages. We found the home to be relaxing and a home from home. Pretty central to all destinations. Aldis and waitrose all on your doorstep. A great get away.

We had such a wonderful stay at the little Paddock. The house was beautiful and well equipped and we felt like home. When there were some problems the owner helped with it quick and easy. Although it is located on a kind of bigger street we slept well, especially as there were sleeping kits provided in all the bedrooms. Our younger kids had there own litte garage house and loved it. We totally reccommand!

A wonderful stay at The little paddock the attention to detail was lovely. Lovely welcome tray and the owner was always on hand if needed. A couple of details which would have been really useful would be to have hooks to hang towels or robes on bathroom doors. Also drink making facilities in the kitchenette in the annexe would be really handy so you dont have to walk to the main house for cup of tea in morning! Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful area. Absolutely stunning property. The photographs do not do the place justice. Dion was our host and he was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he had some good local places for us to eat locally. Everything we needed was in the bungalow and the games room was an added bonus for my sons. Our dog loved the garden. The hot tub was perfect and all gowns, towels and slippers were provided for this. Would love to go back one day.

The House was amazing and defo had the wow factor when we arrived. The owners have literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and then left a lovely welcome basket of goodies and some milk. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we wanted to take up squatters rights. The facilities are brilliant with games room and gym. I had a couple of questions to start and the housekeeper came out straight away and was really helpful. Having an annexe was a real bonus as it meant the family had the house and I could have my granny annexe. The slight downside for us was some of the maintenance. The outside front door didnt close properly which we felt was a security issue with kids in the house. The banister in the annexe was loose and a few other niggles. Also thought an extra 150 to use hot tub on top of holiday cost was a lot. Would it stop us going again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it? In a heartbeat. Thank you for helping us make family memories!

This was a fabulous property with real attention to detail that made our stay just perfect. The communication about room set up was great and all the info needed about the stay and local area was readily available in the property. The Little Paddock was a holiday home that felt like a real home. It was very comfortable, very clean and very well furnished and was ideal for our 3 generation family celebration holiday. The games room, snooker table, gym and hot tub were well used and the tub very well maintained by Dion. Any problems we had were soon sorted by Rob and Dion who were always at the end of the phone. A few minor quibbles were the size of the dishwasher which wasnt really big enough for 8 and that it and the fridge were in the utility room rather than the kitchen. The dining room table only seated 6 not 8 and an extra settee would have been useful in the sitting room when we all wanted to be together. As said these are minor quibbles and we would definitely recommend The Little Paddock which was also in a good location for getting out and about. In better weather the garden too would be lovely. A big thank you to Rob & Dion for an excellent base for our holiday.

Little Paddock exceeded our expectations. We had a luxurious week enjoying the excellent facilities, the well tended and spacious garden and the comfortable, elegant home. So generous, from the pretty flowers welcoming us in the hallway to the milk and thoughtful goodies in the kitchen and bathrooms we felt cosseted and relaxed. Thank you very much. The only flaw was the busy road which the owners couldn't help.

What an absolute diamond of a holiday cottage. Dion was absolutely brilliant sorting very quickly and unobtrusively any issue which reared its head. Yes, you do get noise from the min road, and this does make the bedroom noisy at night, especially in the annex, but the cottage itself is wonderful with more amenities than we have ever had on tap. The addition of the games room and hot tub are brilliant. Lots to do, lovely place, highly recommend!
